In search of a form of relaxation and more energy, I accidentally came across Anna-Maria six months ago. Because I did not have much experience with massage and am quite insecure, such a first introduction was quite exciting for me. But from the start I felt comfortable and 'accepted'. Intuitively, Anna-Maria gave me a pleasant relaxation. Especially nice is the conversation before and after the massage, in which you can indicate what is going on and how you want to be massaged.
It didn't stop at that one time. I come back regularly now and it always feels like a warm blanket. These are moments to look forward to. As a transformation coach, I guide people individually or in pairs, and I give different types of massages.
I feel myself growing more and more in consciousness, presence, love, light and joy. I enjoy being able to share this through touching and massaging bodies. What is a tantra massage with me?
A tantra massage is a massage of the entire body, including the genitals, which within the domain of tantra is called LINGAM (Sanskrit for Staff of Light) for men and YONI (Sanskrit for Sacred Space) for women. Yoni and lingam are parts of our body that are often denied, misunderstood and abused and around which there is a lot of taboo, guilt and shame. Through loving touch with the necessary gentleness and respect, these parts can be integrated back into our body as a full part of ourselves.
A tantra massage is an energetic and sacred event with an alternation of soft touches and firmer massage. You can indicate what you need and what you like,
as well as your limits. It is like a journey of discovery within yourself in a respectful and safe environment.
The recipient is invited to sink very deeply into the body, to relax more and more, to breathe deeply, to let go of all thoughts, to be completely present in the touch in the HERE and the NOW, to enjoy intensely and to receive completely. Energy is generated and circulated in the body through breathing (Lesser Celestial Cycle).
