I found it very exciting to do. Tantra massage turned out to be a therapeutic healing process. Arnoud is, besides being a great masseur, also a good listener and coach. Really nothing was out of the question. He does not judge and completely tunes in to what is needed. During the massages, old pain sometimes came up. He was very kind and understanding to me. It has helped me dismantle old patterns and beliefs. This journey has been worth gold to me. I now feel like a free woman, whose sexual energy is allowed to flow unhindered. About me
For me, the loving acceptance of all that is, is an important starting point of Tantra. You don't have to change, you're all right just the way you are. Purely observing without judging brings you so much already. Tantra massage can support you in this.
After all the thinking and talking in endless therapy sessions, thanks to massage therapy and Tantra, I discovered that my body and 'feeling' would show me the way to recovery and liberation. I was even so enthusiastic about the positive effect on myself that I also wanted to guide other people in this. I radically changed course, retrained from personnel consultant to massage therapist. In 2005 I followed a year-long Tantra course at the Osho Love Mystery School (later Wild Tantra). After that I had long-term individual tantra massage sessions with a teacher who also taught me how to give Tantra massages.
My training as a professional tantra masseur in 2014 and thus the start of my Tantra practice were a logical consequence. In the period 2015-2018 I was a teacher at the Helios Tantra massage Training and I also gave other Tantra and massage courses there. For years now I have enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience during my own Tantra and Tantra massage workshops and training. I do this together with my beloved Debby.
Tantra massage is a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself (and from here with the other). It focuses on energetic body work and allows your energy to flow freely again. It expands your consciousness, so that there is room for more balance, pleasure and happiness in your life.

Course
We discuss your wishes and I explain what you can expect from me. Feel free to ask anything you want, nothing human is strange to me. I think it is very important to know in advance where your limits lie. You indicate where I can and can't touch you. Of course you can limit that during the massage, then you just indicate this. You can rest assured that I also check regularly during the massage whether you feel safe and familiar.
Tantra massage is given on a mat on the floor. We start with a meditation exercise for relaxation. We both wear shawls. You decide whether you are naked underneath. If you like me to wear briefs, I will. After the meditation you take off your cloth and you can lie on your stomach, after which I start massaging with warm organic coconut oil. With alternating long, soft and sometimes firmer strokes, where I use my hands/arms/body, your entire body is massaged with loving attention.
