About me
My journey into energy medicine started 12 years ago when I began to learn a Tibetan energy healing method. In the following 5 years, I got several initiations which resulted in a deep expansion of my consciousness to possibilities beyond the logic of matter.
By then I had already been engaged with yoga, meditation, and personal development for nearly 20 years, and I started to see these different modalities in a brand-new light.
As a result, I decided to pivot from my international corporate career and dedicate my time to combining body, mind, and heart-focused work with energetic principles.
This is how the Body ~ Mind ~ Heart Coherence method was born.
The method enables us to stand physically, mentally, emotionally, as well as energetically sound in the storms of life without losing ourselves in our emotions, thoughts, or pain.
With this integrated approach, anybody can learn how to rebalance, and energize themselves in a midst of heavy situations, before-during and after interacting with difficult people, in moments of fear or deep inner sadness.
My life purpose became crystal clear too: lead as many people as possible back to harmony - with themselves, with their surroundings, with their life with deep respect to the universal principles of energy and love.
Course & rates
I would like to emphasize that I am NOT a massage therapist. I am an intuitive life coach (claircognizant) who works with an integrated method combining body alleviation, mindset work, emotional release, nervous system regulation, somatic deblocking, and energetics.
Body ~ Mind ~ Heart Coherence coaching (online)
The Body ~ Mind ~ Heart Coherence coaching invites you to a deeply relaxing experience where at the beginning of the session, we will look deeper into the situation which brought you to me. All you need to do is to find a private place where you feel comfortable, are free to talk loudly and with a glass of water near you.
During the session you will experience how tensed, negative or inflexible thoughts can turn to new possibilities and inspiration. Just like a great massage, the guided relaxation will calm and energize the entire body to facilitate cell level regeneration.
I hold a gentle yet powerful space for your internal processes to feel safe and accepted so that you can allow yourself to soften up the emotional armour built around present or past situations.
When the energy stored in such situations gets cleared out and reintegrated into your own energy flow in a gentle and compassionate way you will experience what being in alignment with your own essence really means!
Rate: 75 minutes - 150 euro
Energetic Life Consulting (online of in Brugge)
In the background of recurring unpleasant life situations, seemingly unsolvable problems, or interpersonal conflicts there are usually energetic blockages. In the Energetic Life Consulting sessions, I remove the blockages and you will be instructed on how to keep them at bay moving forward.
The energetic shifts happen instantly, and when my clients follow the given suggestions, the internal and external harmony of the situation gets restored, and even long-standing problems start to resolve or get miraculously out of the way sometimes within hours!
Please note that for complex problems, it is recommended to do several sessions.

Intimacy & Sexuality related trauma healing (online)
Through healing my own traumas I am deeply compassionate and understand how these experiences can linger in the background of our life, thoughts, decisions, moods sometimes for decades before we realize that we are simply not over it yet.
Originally, I thought that I will invite women to work on healing these wounds, however in the past months more and more male clients contacted me with these kinds of problems.
I have a gentle - NOT re-traumatizing!! way - to heal the unresolved traumas from the past, so that you can release the pain, the shame and (self) guilt you have been carrying with you all this time.
Please note, that sexual trauma healing is always a process, not a one-time wonder session.
My goal is to help you trough as gently and as fast as possible, so that you can finally leave the limiting beliefs you have learned to be true about yourself as a result of a sexual trauma.
